Booking Conditions

1. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS

All bookings must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp.

Payment for services must be made online in advance.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Japanese Head Spa containing the complete booking details.

2. CANCELLATIONS

The company must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

In the event of a cancellation, the available option is to reschedule the booking for a new date.

In the case of gift vouchers, cancellations are not permitted. The appointment may be rescheduled for another date as with a regular booking; otherwise, the gift voucher will become invalid.

3. PAYMENT AND LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the cost of the reserved service will be charged.

4. PACKAGES AND VALIDITY

Purchased packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Expired packages will not be accepted and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed in the city where they were purchased.

5. ARRIVING ON TIME

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to make the most of your experience.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make changes to bookings in exceptional circumstances, notifying the customer as far in advance as possible.
